President of the National Industrial Court, His Lordship Hon. Justice Babatunde Adejumo OFR has described the death of Late Chief Ganiyu Adetola-Kaseem SAN as a great loss to the legal community and the entire Nigeria,
Justice Adejumo was speaking on Wednesday 10th January, 2018 when he led Judges, top principal officers and staff of the National Industrial Court of Nigeria on a condolence visit to the family of the Late Chief Adetola-Kaseem in Lagos.
The Judge who described the deceased as a brother and confidant prayed God to grant his soul eternal rest.
In his Condolence message Justice Adejumo said the Learned Silk would be remembered for his exploits in the area of Labour law, Medical law and Islamic jurisprudence.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Adetola-Kazeem’s family in this mourning period, we pray God to grant the entire family, Judiciary and Nigeria in general fortitude and blessing to bear the irreparable loss.”
“The late Chief Adetola-Kaseem, SAN would be remembered mostly for his exploits in Labour law, Medical law and Islamic jurisprudence. May Allah forgive his shortcomings, pardon his mistakes, accept his efforts and admit him into Paradise (Amin).”
Late Chief Ganiyu Adetola-Kazeem died on Monday 8th January, 2018 and has since been buried according to Islamic rites in his home town Ijebu-Ode.
